Order Processing & Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase our products. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will confirm acceptance by processing your payment and sending an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order before shipment for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. You authorize us to charge the total amount (product price + shipping + applicable taxes) to your selected payment method at the time of order placement.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

Shipping

We ship globally but cannot deliver to some remote regions and parts of Asia. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country.

• Processing Time: 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Standard Shipping: $12.95 USD via DHL/FedEx. Estimated delivery 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 USD via EMS. Estimated delivery 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or other unforeseen events. You will receive a tracking number upon shipment.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our goal is your complete delight. Please see our detailed Shipping & Returns page for full policy. Key terms include:

• Window: Return/Exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days of you receiving the order.
• Process: Contact us at [email protected] for an RMA number. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
• Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for non-error returns.
• Non-Returnable Items:
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Opened Arts & Crafts Kits & Activity Sets.
  • Final Sale items.
  • Items not in original condition.
• Damaged on Arrival: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a prepaid return label and expedited resolution.

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site.
• Any content obtained from the Site.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• Delays or failures in shipment due to events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the products, regardless of the form of the action, is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us for the product in question or (b) $100 USD.
